His practice includes Insurance Coverage and Defense, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Construction Law, Products Liability, and Trucking and Transportation suits. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina, the United States District Court – District of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Wall Templeton, David clerked for Circuit Court Judge Perry M. Buckner in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.
David was born and raised in Greenwood, S.C. He received a degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston in 2013. In 2017, David graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, he served as Senior Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Education and received the Konduros Public Interest Fellowship. In addition to those activities, David earned USC School of Law’s Children’s Law Concentration Certification and served as a Probate Court Special Visitor for the School’s Pro Bono program.
When David is not in the office or Court, he can be found playing soccer in one of the many leagues around the Charleston area.
