Ford also represents clients in construction defect claims and community association disputes concerning the South Carolina Homeowners Association Act and the South Carolina Horizontal Property Regime Act. Ford is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
Ford was born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina. He graduated from Wofford College in 2014, where he received degrees in Business-Economics and Spanish. Ford has studied abroad in Spain twice, first in Salamanca and later in Alicante. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2017. In law school, Ford was an active member of the mock trial team, competing in the South Texas Challenge and the Florida State University National Competition.
Prior to joining Wall Templeton, Ford served as law clerk to the Honorable R. Scott Sprouse, Circuit Court Judge for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. He is married to the former Elliot Condon of Charleston. Outside of work, Ford is a history buff and enjoys learning unique local history.
