Thomas “Tommy” B. Boger

His practice is primarily focused on insurance defense where he represents contractors in complex disputes involving single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He also represents business owners in premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes. Tommy has been named a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Construction Law, Insurance Law, and Litigation – Construction.

He received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Clemson University and graduated from the Charleston School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tommy worked in the mortgage industry as an online marketing manager and loan consultant, originating residential mortgage loans in Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina.

A native South Carolinian, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, and watching Clemson football.
