His practice involved complex litigation, including the defense of medical malpractice claims, product liability claims involving asbestos and tobacco, transportation claims, bad faith claims, and horrific injuries.
Mr. Wall tried cases in State and Federal Courts throughout South Carolina. He served as President of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association from 1989 to 1990. He is an “AV Preeminent” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2010, was selected as The Best Lawyers in America© 2015 “Lawyer of the Year” for Insurance Law in Charleston, SC, and was named a South Carolina Super Lawyer from 2012-2026.
