Litigation Attorney Opening

The Position
We are expanding our litigation practice and seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. This role offers:
- Direct responsibility for depositions, motion practice, and trial work
- Growth opportunities across multiple complex litigation areas
- High level of autonomy with strong firm support
- Mentorship from experienced partners
Requirements
Essential:
- Active South Carolina bar license
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to handle complex litigation independently
Preferred:
- Litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts
- Construction and surety law experience
- Insurance defense background
- Insurance coverage and bad faith litigation familiarity
