Wall Templeton & Haldrup Announces Newest Shareholder, Attorney Boger

Wall Templeton & Haldrup, P.A. is pleased to announce that Thomas “Tommy” B. Boger has been elected as a Shareholder of the firm, effective January 1, 2024.

Tommy was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Science from Clemson University and Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law, and has been named a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Construction Law, Insurance Law, and Litigation – Construction.

Tommy Boger has extensive experience in litigation, focusing on construction defect, personal injury, and insurance disputes. His practice is primarily focused on insurance defense where he represents contractors in complex disputes involving single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He also represents business owners in premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes.
